Tour Blog F – Switzerland, you’re a great bunch of lads

It’s 2.30 am and we’ve just put the album artwork to bed. It would have been easier making a spaceship out of chocolate. But it’s done. If you buy the album and there’s spelling mistakes well that’s because it’s 2.30 in the morning.

There’s a lot of interesting dogs in Switzerland, that’s what we’re noticing right now, in the hotel. They’re cool with them staying here too it’d seem. They don’t stay on their own. They don’t have credit cards to book the rooms, but they’re allowed in the Hotel. Why not? Man’s best friend and all. But yeah, big white fluffy ones. Big red ones. Alsatians that look like they’ve been zapped by a ‘make it 150% bigger’ gun and ones that look like the dulux dog with it’s hair straightened. Emo Dog.

Tonight’s gig was amazing. Team Fiasco was on bad, bad form truth be told. The stage was so small that only Stephen could fit on it BUT when doors opened it was packed immediately. Someone got whacked in the face by a Bass, and the crowd helped fix the mic stands when they started slipping. They really had no choice as the other option was to get a mic in the nuts as it swung round.

The venue treated us like they cared and the people listened and clapped like they cared. Good times.

So yeah, 2.30 am and all is peaceful. Tomorrow it’s a short drive to Solothurn with more beautiful scenery and hopefully another awesome show.

The camera is still without battery, so in the meantime, here’s a picture of a toilet in the Bern Services that looks like the Cookie Monster
